The BVI Business Company (Amendment of Schedule 1) (No.2) Order, 2022 (the “Order”) was gazette on 6 October 2022 setting out the new fees to be charged to BVI Business Company by the Registry. The Order shall come into force on 1 January 2023.
Most significant changes that are particularly relevant to
Incorporation fee:
2023 new fee
A standard company that is authorized to issue no more than 50,000 shares $550
A standard company that is authorized to issue more than 50,000 shares $1,350
For filing a copy of a register of directors for registration by the Registrar $100
Annual fee
